In recent years, the term diversity management has gradually found its way into corporate management. But it is not just a fashionable buzzword—it is much more. The idea behind is that companies and organisations benefit from human, social and cultural diversity. Undoubtedly, the management of heterogeneous teams places high demands on managers and executives. But this commitment pays off for the entire company: through better products, more focused customer service and more satisfied employees. In May, the Diversity Charter initiative organized the German Diversity Day 2020, and we were happy to show our own commitment to diversity.
After all, diversity does not just happen once a year. We at Dr. Eckel live diversity every day, in everything we do. In our international team, a wide variety of nationalities work, act and think together. In addition to German and English, 20 other languages are spoken. For us, diversity means above all “more”: more ideas, more innovative power, more enthusiasm. And we are happy to put this into practice every day for our customers.
