Antje Eckel, the brains behind Dr. Eckel, holds a doctorate in agricultural engineering. She established the company in 1994, creating one of the first German companies for feed additives to provide innovative, efficiency-oriented and health-promoting additives as alternatives to antibiotic growth promoters. Antje Eckel earned herself a reputation as a ‘pioneer of innovative feed additives’ and has developed the company from a small start-up to a medium-sized enterprise operating worldwide from its headquarters in Niederzissen.

Andreas Lewke, who holds a doctorate in agricultural sciences, has been at Dr. Eckel since 2011. Initially Director Asia and head of the Dr. Eckel representative office in Bangkok, Thailand, he became Managing Director of our Dr. Eckel Animal Nutrition (Thailand) Co., Ltd. subsidiary in 2017. He is responsible for Pakistan, Bangladesh, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, South Korea, Japan and China. Among other things, he develops relationships with sales partners and familiarises our customers with Dr. Eckel’s innovative business concepts through seminars, training courses and conferences.

Office Administration Assistant

Ammara Sakultancharoenchai is the organisational wizard in Bangkok. In her role as Office Administration Assistant, she takes care of appointments, bookings, invoicing, liaising with Thai authorities and anything else that needs to be done in a timely and reliable manner. Ammara studied languages in Bangkok, then graduated in international management from the University of Angers, France, and earned an MBA from Thammasat University in Bangkok, Thailand. In addition to her native Thai and Chinese, she speaks French and English.

Noel Cuyno is a doctor of veterinary medicine (University of the Philippines) and completed an executive MBA at the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School (University College Dublin). Having joined the Dr. Eckel team in October 2016, the Country Manager is responsible for the Philippines, Indonesia and Taiwan, and is the first point of contact for Dr. Eckel’s regional sales partners, dealing with all sales and marketing matters, and supervising field trials.

Myroslav Pahuta joined the Dr. Eckel team in 2017. In addition to obtaining a bachelor’s degree in agriculture from the Poltava State Agrarian Academy, Ukraine, he studied economics with a focus on foreign direct investment in agriculture. As Area Manager at Dr. Eckel, the native Ukrainian is responsible for Eastern Europe and the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). He mainly operates in Poland, Russia, Belarus and Ukraine, expanding our sales channels and caring for our customers.

Jaydip Sarkar, a native Indian, obtained his Master of Veterinary Science form the West Bengal University of Animal & Fishery Sciences in Kolkata, India, and has been Sales Manager South Asia responsible for India, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Bhutan since 2017. Among other things, he takes care of communication with business and sales partners, and research institutions. He is also our customers’ primary contact for all sales and technical matters.

Dzenan Hozic holds a degree in biotechnology and food technology, and a master’s in chemical and bioprocess engineering. His career took him to Saudi Arabia, where he worked on a bioprocesses research project at the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology. She started her career at Dr. Eckel in Internal Sales Germany in 2010 and shortly afterwards switched to Customer Support Export, putting her organisational and great language skills to good use.
