The conceiver and director of Dr. Eckel holds a doctorate in agricultural engineering. She founded the company back in 1994: the first German company in the animal feed industry, providing innovative, efficiency-oriented and health-promoting additives or additive mixtures as alternatives to antibiotic performance enhancers, and earning her a reputation as a ‘pioneer of innovative feed additives’. Thus, she developed the company headquartered in Niederzissen from a small start-up, solely trading company to an international medium-sized enterprise with its own production facility, innovative proprietary developments, more than 50 employees and international headquarters (IHQ) in Bangkok.

The qualified notary’s clerk works in purchasing. Having been here for more than 20 years, she is the longest serving employee at Dr. Eckel, and is familiar with all aspects of the company. She initially assisted management and was responsible for processing orders. She then moved to production management, where she provided administrative assistance in the construction of the company’s production facility, before joining in-house sales. Currently, she is mainly responsible for pricing and for ensuring the continuous supply of raw materials for production.
