Dr. Eckel GmbH has been known for many years as an experienced specialist in animal nutrition. Recently, the company adapted the company structure as part of the long-term growth and innovation strategy. This new structure gives Dr. Eckel the flexibility to expand into new and existing markets, and to integrate foreign subsidiaries into the parent company.
Dr. Eckel informs that, as a result of this new strategy, the new contracting party for future business is the Dr. Eckel Animal Nutrition GmbH & Co. KG. This new company name and structure is the result of a spin-off of parts of the assets of the former Dr. Eckel GmbH in accordance with the Companies Transformation Act (Umwandlungsgesetz) of Germany. In addition, the company added “Animal Nutrition” to the name to emphasise thier expertise in animal nutrition.

The contact and banking details and addresses remain unchanged. They have been incorporated into the new Dr. Eckel Animal Nutrition GmbH & Co. KG structure. The same applies to the innovative product range, as well as the consultation and other services provided by the Dr. Eckel team.
This change is a restructuring measure. All existing contracts of Dr. Eckel GmbH automatically transfer to Dr. Eckel Animal Nutrition GmbH & Co. KG.
