Production Team-Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your tasks are:

• You will coordinate and manage daily production processes and provide technical guidance to the production team.
• You will ensure that production targets, deadlines, and quality and safety requirements are met.
• You will be responsible for ensuring that the plant runs smoothly.
• You will work closely with the maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics departments.
• You will be responsible for training and instructing new employees.

What we expect from you:

• You have technical training or, alternatively, commercial training with an affinity for technology. Career changers (m/f/d) are also welcome!
• Ideally, you already have experience with ERP (e.g., Navision).
• You are an empathetic team player with a high level of commitment and willingness to learn.
• You work conscientiously, independently, and on your own initiative.
• You have very good German language skills (at least level B2) for confident communication in everyday work.
