The development of long-term customer relationships is a matter of course for you and you love to play your part in the steady growth of the company.

Your tasks are:

  • Establishment and development as well as professional and disciplinary management of the sales team Europe, Middle East, North Africa and America
  • Creation and implementation of sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Further development of existing key accounts and distributors as well as identification and exploitation of new market opportunities
  • Coordinating sales activities with other departments (technical sales, marketing, management)
  • Responsibility for cost units and budgeting as well as support in preparing the forecast

What we expect from you:

  • You have a degree with a focus on economics, agricultural science, veterinary medicine, microbiology, chemistry or pharmacy. 
  • You already have experience in the development and implementation of sales strategies, ideally in the animal feed industry
  • With several years of professional experience as a manager, you have the ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.
  • You have a strong customer focus and a passion for sales success. 
  • You have a high level of mobility and willingness to travel internationally as well as business fluent English skills. 
  • Your hands-on mentality and good communication skills characterise you.
