Your tasks are:
- You inspire our customers at home and abroad with professional support and advice.
- You will be responsible for the complete processing of orders within the EU and in the export business – on time, customer-oriented and cost-efficient. This includes coordinating delivery dates to ensure a smooth process.
- You are where the threads come together: You form the interface to the adjacent departments (production planning, pricing, accounting), the sales force and sales partners.
- You ensure that all relevant customs, tax and export regulations are complied with. You will be supported by clear processes and, if necessary, targeted training courses.
- As part of complaints management, you will find a satisfactory solution for every customer concern.
- You will carefully maintain our customer database and ensure that all information is always up to date.
What we expect from you:
- You have completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d), freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
- You will also have relevant professional experience, preferably with an international focus.
- Confident handling of MS Office applications is a prerequisite; experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or comparable ERP systems would be a plus
- Ideally, you are already familiar with legal regulations in export. At this point, we are happy to invest in you by expanding your knowledge with external training courses.
- You are also characterized by resilience, resilience and reliability.
- Your fluency in German and English rounds off your profile.
