Your tasks are:

• Management and strategic development of the commercial departments of Finance, Controlling, Customer Support and Purchasing
• Structuring and optimizing the already highly digitalized processes in the commercial departments 
• Individual development and management of employees under direct supervision
• Monitoring and further development of reporting from the respective areas of responsibility and, as a member of the management team, direct reporting to the Executive Board
• Developing key figures as a basis for management decisions, planning and achieving corporate goals
• Ensuring the necessary commercial diligence in all contract negotiations with customers and suppliers

What we expect from you:

• Completed business studies or comparable training with relevant professional experience
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in a medium-sized companyproduction company
• Very good knowledge of finance, controlling, customer support and purchasing
• Experience in managing teams, implementing change processes and the export business
• High analytical ability, affinity for numbers and digitalization skillsStrong decision-making skills and results orientation
• Good communication and presentation skills in German and English
• Enjoy working in a family business
