We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our team as Area Sales Manager DACH (m/f/d) for Southern Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Your tasks are:

  • Responsibility for B2B sales of feed additives in the DACH South sales region 
  • Proactive sales of feed additives and expansion of the product portfolio with customers
  • Support, development and strategic expansion of existing customers and sales partners
  • Proactive acquisition of new customers and identification new market potential
  • Providing expert advice on products, applications and added value
  • Continuous monitoring of the market and competitors
  • Close collaboration with Product Development, Technical Sales and Marketing, as well as the international sales team
  • Representing the company at customer meetings, trade fairs and sector events

What we expect from you:

  • Degree in Agricultural Sciences, Animal Sciences or Veterinary Medicine with a specialisation in animal nutrition
  • Several years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally in the field of feed additives and animal nutrition
  • Ability to support customers not only commercially but also with in-depth technical expertise
  • Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships 
  • Confident, professional and engaging manner when dealing directly with customers
  • Entrepreneurial, independent and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the DACH region (approx. 75%)
  • Ideally based in Southern Germany or with excellent transport links to the sales territory
