Dr. Eckel is not just a company name. It is a whole lot of people, an entire family and a competent team. It is still guided by the very core values that inspired Antje Eckel when she established the company in 1994: innovation, responsibility and excellence. Our team of more than 50 employees at our headquarters in Niederzissen in northern Rhineland-Palatinate, where our products are manufactured, and at our subsidiary in Thailand strives to abide by these core values and create success and added value for our customers.
Dr Antje Eckel, the company’s strategist and leader, founded and firmly established Dr. Eckel over the last 25 years. With her husband Dr Bernhard Eckel and their three children Viktor, Klara and Theo, the entire family is now involved in the company. A value-driven family business, we believe in and abide by the classic corporate ideals. We do not seek to turn a quick profit or shareholder value. What is important to us is sustainable management, long-term success and acting responsibly towards customers, employees and society at large.
Our team is multinational, comprising more than 15 different nationalities, and speaks both German and English. Together, we create innovative solutions that help our customers achieve ambitious goals in a sustainable manner.
Cohesion is important to us, because we are well aware that only as a team can we make our vision a reality. This is why we make every effort to keep up our team spirit, even in these times of remote working and social distancing, be it with a digital team building session, a virtual coffee break or a barbecue in the garden. The real meaning of cohesion became very clear to us in the county of Ahr in 2021: we at Dr. Eckel help and support one another at all times. But especially when our colleagues are in particular need of our help and support.
