Customer Support


Do you always find the right solution? Are you a people person? Do you go out of your way to provide customers with the best service possible? Then you’re just the person we’re looking for!

You will be a member of our multinational customer support team and one of the first people to talk to and help our customers from all over the world. You will ensure that orders are processed on time and in the best possible manner, coordinate customer requirements with other departments, colleagues working remotely and sales partners, and ensure compliance with the relevant customs, tax and export regulations.

What we expect from you:

  • Prior training as a forwarding agent
  • Basic knowledge of export and customs processing
  • Preferably, knowledge of the rules of origin for goods
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in German (B2)
  • Preferably, knowledge of one of the following languages: Russian, Spanish, French, Arabic or Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Excellent negotiating skills and a good grasp of commercial issues
