Customer Support Representative


You enjoy:

  • Providing support and advice to our customers
  • Coordinating and managing cooperation with related departments, field staff and sales partners
  • Ensuring and optimising the on-time, cost-optimized and service-oriented processing of export orders
  • Ensuring compliance with customs, tax and export control regulations

You bring with you:

  • Commercial training with several years of professional experience or a degree in business administration
  • Initial knowledge of export and customs processing
  • Knowledge of the law of origin of goods desirable
  • Proficient knowledge in English, German at B2 level
  • Ideally knowledge in one of the following languages: Russian, Spanish, French, Arabic, Chinese
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office products
  • Interest in negotiating and commercial topics
