Your tasks are:

  • Responsibility for the entire recruiting process from advertising to onboarding
  • Supporting our managers in the selection process and conducting on-site and virtual job interviews
  • Creating and updating job descriptions and requirement profiles
  • Taking on administrative tasks within the HR team such as contract management, organizing introductory events or company events
  • Supporting the implementation of monthly payroll accounting in collaboration with our external payroll office
  • Collaboration on various HR projects, e.g. further development of employer branding and our HR software

What we expect from you:

  • Degree or training or further training with a focus on human resources 
  • Initial professional experience in personnel administration and recruiting desirable
  • Knowledge in the application of modern recruiting methods and familiar with issues relating to labor, social and wage tax law
  • Empathetic and communicative personality with very good negotiating skills
  • Independent way of working and the ability to prioritize
  • Experienced with the common MS Office programs
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
