As an HR Administration Specialist – Learning & Development (m/f/d), you will take on a variety of responsibilities relating to employee development, training and HR administration while supporting the team with ongoing projects and processes.

Your tasks are:

• Independently organise and follow up on employee and development reviews, including tracking agreed actions
• Plan, organise and coordinate internal and external training activities in consultation with managers
• Document training activities, maintain qualification records and evaluate development measures
• Contribute to the further development of our internal learning opportunities and employee development processes
• Handle other HR-related topics and general administrative tasks, such as preparing employment references or supporting applicant management
• Support the HR team with projects

What we expect from you:

• Completed commercial or business-related vocational training
• Initial experience in HR, employee development or training coordination is an advantage
• We also welcome entry-level candidates with relevant internship or working student experience
• A structured, reliable and thorough way of working
• Respectful communication and enjoyment of working with people
• Very good German and good English skills, as well as confidence in using Microsoft Office
