Dr. Eckel has established a new management team as part of its innovation strategy and its restructuring process. “Innovation requires pioneers: people with knowledge, good ideas, the boldness to break new ground and also great sensitivity to people and the environment,” says Dr Antje Eckel, who has appointed nine managers from various departments as team managers.
Anne-Kathrin Blässe, who holds a doctorate in biology and is a rabbit-breeding expert, is the new Marketing Team Manager. She is the creative force behind our popular giveaways and marketing campaigns, and trade fairs and events are her speciality. Her organisational skills stand her in good stead both professionally and personally, as a mother of two – although she does occasionally turn a blind eye to the twins to meet her deadlines.
