Toni Saal learnt all about farming at home, about SMEs during his training and internships, and about human resource management during his studies: no wonder the young man from Koblenz immediately felt right at home at Dr. Eckel. Toni Saal first trained as a wholesale and international trade specialist at Raiffeisen Waren-Zentrale Rhein Main eG, before studying SME economics and management at the Hochschule Kaiserslautern.
He was already involved in Dr. Eckel’s Human Resources Department while writing his master’s thesis. Following his graduation, he was appointed Human Resource Manager on 1 December 2017, and is primarily responsible for recruiting and integrating new employees, and establishing the human resource development plan. Team Manager Sabine Felten is pleased with the addition to her team: “Toni has young and fresh ideas, and a feel for the industry as well as the people that work here. This makes him a credible contact person, both for employees and future applicants.”
In his free time, Toni Saal enjoys being outdoors, either for leisurely strolls with his dog or for a ride on one of his classic BMW motorcycles.
