The main theme of the congress is „Sustainable competitiveness of the EU livestock and feed sector".
The professional program is divided in three blocks: An analysis of the economic and agrarian-economic perspective is followed by key sustainability criteria for the supply of products of animal origin as required by market partners and politics. After a trader’s view on the feasibility, the professional part of the agenda is rounded off by political regulations as well as strategies of leading companies.
The congress is organized by FEFAC together with the DVT as a national member's organisation of the FEFAC. The congress is held every 3 years and is an outstanding event for the European feed industry. A participation in the congress provides numerous contacts to the influential leaders and decision-makers of the industry and of course to colleagues from other EU member states. In addition to the professional and supporting program there are ample networking opportunities.
